On the afternoon of January 16, Nebraska became the thirty-sixth state to ratify the Eighteenth Amendment, banning the manufacture, sale, and transportation of alcoholic beverages in the U.S. and its possessions. . We're honoring our Bourbon history with a celebration of Bourbon flavors and foods that pair well with our favorite drink.

Our chef's choice fresh vegetable is Bourbon-Maple Brussels Sprouts.

In honor of the start of Prohibition, we are celebrating the Bourbons that survived, many by becoming classified as medicinal. We are featuring a special Prohibition Flight for $15.
